Returns

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are processed for returned items that meet our return criteria.
Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
f the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, contact us at support@trendposter.shop within 2 days of receiving your order.
